Bogra YMCA Celebrates 31 Anniversary
“Serving the humanity is one of the core values of all the religions. We work towards making this world a better place to live in. Inspired by the teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ, Bogra YMCA has been involved in serving the humanity for the last 31 years”. Mr. Symon P. Adhikary, President of the National Council of YMCAs of Bangladesh spoke to the members of Bogra YMCA while inaugurating the Paul Besra Auditorium on April 09, 2010 and the 31st Anniversary of Bogra YMCA.

Mr. Dilip Marandi President of Bogra YMCA presided over the meeting, while Mr. Duncan Chowdhury. National General Secretary, NCYB and Mr. Prodip Bhattacharjee Sankar, News Editor of Daily Korotoa were also spoke on the occasion. Beside them, Mr. Surjya Hembram, Pastor Shourabh Biswas, Mr. Dulal Khondokar, Mr. Barnard Tomal Mondal, Glory Lubna Chambugong, Rev. John Augustine, Mr. Simpson Sarker, Mr. K.B.M. Musa, Ms. Kazi Nazeen Jahan and Mr. Robert Robin Marandi, General Secretary of Bogra YMCA spoke on the occasion.
Bogra YMCA had awarded Mr. Louis Marandi the prestigious Dr. Sajal Dewan award this year.
The program concluded with a cultural show rendered by the local artists late in the evening.
