Babu Markus Gomes elected as the Member of the Executive Committee of the World Alliance of YMCAs

Babu Markus Gomes joins the Executive Committee of the World Alliance of YMCAs.

We are pleased to inform that Mr. Babu Markus Gomes representing Bangladesh YMCAs has been elected as the Member of the Executive Committee of the World Alliance of YMCAs for the term 2010 - 2014.

The elections of the World Executive Committee took place in Hong Kong during the 17th World Council Meetings of the World Alliance of YMCAs held during 19-25 July 2010.

Mr. Symon P. Adhikary and Mr. Duncan Chowdhury, President and National General Secretary respectively, of the National Council of YMCAs of Bangladesh along with two Youth Representatives, Ms. Balmi Chisim of Birisiri YMCA and Ms. Maryline Baskey of Dinajpur YMCA are participating at the World Council Meetings.
